Allocate $46,646,204 in Prop K Funds, with Conditions and Subject to the Attached Fiscal Year Cash Flow Distribution Schedules, for 36 Prop K Funding Requests and Appropriation of $50,000 in Prop K Funds Subject to the Attached Fiscal Year Cash Flow Distribution Schedule for the Van Ness BRT Conceptual Design, as Presented – ACTION* (attachment 4) (unsigned resolution) 8. Code 54957 concerning the annual evaluation of performance of the Executive Director. Fix Annual Compensation for the Executive Director – ACTION* (attachment 7) (unsigned resolution) Recommendations from the Finance Committee 12. Adopt the Proposed FY2005/06 Annual Budget and Work Program – ACTION* (attachment 8) (unsigned resolution) 13. Approve an Amendment to the FY 2004/05 contract with the City Attorney's Office in an amount of $110,000; and Approve FY 2005/06 professional services contracts with the City Attorney's office in an amount not to exceed $50,000 and with the San Francisco Community Television Corporation in an amount not to exceed $30,000 – ACTION* (attachment 9) (unsigned resolution) 14. Approve a One Year Extension to the Contract with Cordoba/ Zurinaga Joint Venture for On-Call Professional Engineering Services in an amount not to exceed $350,000 – ACTION* (attachment 10) (unsigned resolution) 15. Adopt Positions on State Legislation – ACTION* (attachment 11) Items for Direct Board Consideration 16. Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Settlement of the Lawsuit entitled Thier v. Systan, Inc., Roy Lave, and the San Francisco County Transportation Authority , filed on January 9, 2004, in San Francisco Superior Court, Case # CGC 04-42790 for a total amount of $175,000, of which the Authority will pay $150,000 ($93,878.21 is payment for work completed by Thier PR and $56,121.79 is an estimated cost of services that would have been performed by Thier PR during the notice period required for termination) and Systan will pay $25,000 – ACTION* (unsigned resolution) Other Items 17.
