Resolution Reaffirming the Currently Approved Transbay Transit Center as the Only Acceptable Alternative for a High-Speed Rail Terminus in San Francisco - ACTION* attachment At its meeting on September 22, 2009, the Authority Board requested an update on California High-Speed Rail with an emphasis on San Francisco elements of the project. The California High-Speed Rail Authority is now analyzing project alternatives and has invited the Authority, along with other San Francisco and regional stakeholders, to submit comments on this analysis. We will provide a presentation on the status of planning for high-speed rail service at the state level, and discuss implementation status and issues at the local level. We are seeking a resolution reaffirming the currently approved Transbay Transit Center as the only acceptable alternative for a High Speed Rail terminus in San Francisco. Other Items 14.
